Getting there
Reaching Brno
By air
Brno–Tuřany Airport has limited direct connections. Most visitors fly into Prague or Vienna and continue to Brno by long-distance coach (e.g. RegioJet) or train.
By car
Set your navigation to “Božetěchova 2/1, Brno”. From Prague, follow the D1 motorway to the Brno-West exit and continue following signs for Svitavy. Limited underground parking is available on campus; visitors should arrange access with the organisers in advance.
By tram
From Brno’s main railway station, take tram No. 1 towards Řečkovice and get off at “Semilasso”. The FIT building is a short walk downhill along Metodějova street.
Getting around
Public transport in Brno
Brno’s trams, buses and trolleybuses are operated by DPMB as part of the regional IDS JMK network. The easiest way to pay is by tapping a contactless bank card when boarding — Brno’s “Pípni a Jeď” (Tap & Go) system automatically calculates the fare for your journey, with no need to buy a ticket in advance.
